Okay, I was pretty excited when Old Navy sent me these Coated-Wash Super Skinny Jeans. They are awesome, and in the last 2 weeks or so, I have worn them at least 5 times. I feel like they add a little bit of edge to any outfit. The first time I wore them was on a random adventure into the country. Okay, it isn’t really the country because we were still in Austin, but with all the Fall foliage, I felt like I was miles away from the city. OUTFIT 1:
Sheena has always been ambitious: she entered college at the age of 14, and graduated from UCLA at 19. So, it I have been in the process of decorating my new apartment. I am determined to not buy anything from Ikea! I want to actually take the time to find unique, cool pieces. I have been spending an obscene amount of time scouring Craigslist, going to all my favorite vintage/thrift stores and browsing Etsy. I realized that if you ever want to sell something for way more than it is actually worth, just say it is vintage. So annoying. Luckily, a few months ago, I stumbled upon Thrifty Chicks Vintage, and ever since it has been one of my I am not a big drinker. In fact, I rarely have any type of alcohol. I don’t really have a reason for why. It is just as I get older, I have just become really lame. Not to mention, hangovers at 26 are beyond brutal. However, I made a rule for myself that I have to get drunk once every 6-8 weeks because, look, I am not 90. I am still young, and let’s be real: the crazy nights that you reminisce about about with friends for years usually involve some alcohol. The point of that whole spiel was to Um, yeah it is cold in Austin right now; the high today is only 39 degrees! Okay, I know I am a wuss because if you live somewhere like Minnesota or Iowa, this is nothing. For Texas, it is cold! And, during the winter, we don’t always think about what the harsh weather does to our hair! It can be brutal! At this point, I have been so many times that I have ordered the majority of the menu, and everything rocks. This is a bold statement, but O’Daku is probably my favorite sushi place of all time. Cherin Sushi (another one of my favs) in the East Village is the only place that really compares. Then, watch James Franco and Seth Rogen’s AMAZING Read More I am usually not a big fan of clothes with graphics on them; I am more of a solid kinda gal. However, when I saw this shirt from Eyes on Walls, I was pretty excited about it. This particular shirt is part of The Brooklyn Collection, which is inspired by the “intersection of fashion and street art found in the area.” The shirt features Lora Zombie’s popular piece ‘Big Bang Kiss’.
