This was a good week for many reasons: 1) I only worked Monday and Tuesday 2) I got to spend Thanksgiving with my crazy, but totally lovable family 3) I ate way too much delicious food
I know, we are cute.
The short week didn’t prevent me from getting obsessed with lots of random things:
1) Watch Kanye West’s new video for Bound 2. Then, watch James Franco and Seth Rogen’s AMAZING parody.
2) I am not sure why people don’t care more, but a deal has been agreed upon between Iran and other countries in regards to the Iranian nuclear program. I heard this truly inspiring segment on BBC this week; regular Israelis and Iranians discussed their reactions to the new agreement. After listening to what everyday people had to say, it almost makes the world’s problems seem solvable…if only it were that easy.
3) The new One Direction CD, Midnight Memories, came out; Little White Lies, Story of my Life, and Through the Dark are the best songs. I am not ashamed to admit that I totally jammed to it the whole drive to my grandparent’s house for Thanksgiving.
4) Gap’s AWESOME response to the defacing of one of their ads. Why are people so racist and terrible?
5) If I am friends with you in real life, I have probably made you watch this video of a twerking corgi like a hundred times. It is so cute!! And yes, I tried to get my dog to twerk, but she wasn’t so thrilled
6) My workout this morning at RIZE kicked my ass. Yeah, getting back to the gym after Thanksgiving gluttony wasn’t so fun, but it sure felt good. If you live in Austin, you should take a class there!
