Most people probably don’t think fashion and food go together, but in my world, they are my two greatest loves. Thus, I have decided that it makes sense to start doing a regular column called, “What I Ate”. When it comes to food, I am pretty much down for anything from gourmet to gross (I am never above Taco Bell or Dominos).
One of the greatest things about living in Austin is the food, so I am going to try to use these posts to highlight all the local spots. However, I can’t deny that I love a good meal at a chain restaurant every once in a while. My favs: Outback, Carrabba’s, Cheesecake Factory, CPK, Maggianos…to name a few.
As I have mentioned before, my little cousin has become my resident photographer for the fashion posts, and I usually try to bribe her/say thanks with food. I try to do the “What I Wore” posts in the AM before work, when then light is better. So, the other day on my way to her house, I stopped at a donut shop to bring some goodies. I am not a big donut person (for example, the smell of Krispy Kreme makes me want to gag), but I think my new discovery, Super Donuts has maybe converted me.

Haha my cousin just told me this picture doesn’t look very appetizing, but WHATEVS. The kolaches are also very good.
