So yesterday, it was extremely cold and rainy, and for anyone that knows me, knows I despise the cold. I am all about the hot Texas summers. The only thing that could motivate me to throw on an over-sized sweater, and leave my cozy apartment was the promise of hot pho.
In the end, I am glad I left because we had a pretty amazing meal. Below are the details.

I stand by this statement: most of Austin’s best restaurants are in unassuming, random, and somewhat sketchy shopping centers.
If you hit up Sunflower Restaurant, you have to get the Shaken Beef. I have no idea if it is authentic or not, but it is amazing.
