Get Organized: Five Apps Every Entrepreneur Needs To Download

I am a very unorganized person. I have always been, and I probably always will be. To me, organizing and cleaning seem like a waste of time. When I have a few extra moments, I could watch all my TiVoed episodes of Real Housewives or I could be a responsible adult, and organize all my business files and clean up my apartment. I will give you one guess about which one I always pick.

With that being said, I am always looking for easy ways to keep my life organized. The reality is if I continue to grow my business, I am going to have to start getting organized. When I saw the list of 5 apps that every entrepreneur should download by networking and entrepreneur extraordinaire, Alon Alroy, I wanted to share. I think they are helpful!

Have you had any success using the apps below? Holla, if you have! Lord knows, I need all the tips and tricks I can get about staying organized.

1.      EVERNOTE PREMIUM
Evernote is an easy-to-use, free app that helps you remember everything across all of the devices you use. Stay organized, save your ideas and improve productivity. Evernote lets you take notes, capture photos, create to-do lists, record voice reminders–and makes these notes completely searchable, whether you are at home, at work, or on the go.

2.      BASECAMP
Basecamp is an excellent online software package that makes project management and collaboration easy. Created by 37signals, the entire Basecamp system is accessed and managed online, so none of the software or data is actually stored on your computer. You can share the project management with your fellow freelancers or an entire company

3.      MINT
Mint.com allows you to track, budget and manage your money all in one place, so you can see where you’re spending and where you can save. Open an account, add your bank, credit, loan and retirement accounts and Mint will automatically pull in and categorize your transactions. It’s safe, secure and easy to keep your personal finances organized.

4.       BIZZABO
Bizzabo is the leading mobile networking platform for event organizers and attendees. Bizzabo integrates social media to build highly-interactive event communities, helping organizers, sponsors and exhibitors to engage directly with guests and seek out meaningful new business opportunities.

5.      REEDER 2
Reeder 2 features a new design, support for services like Fever’s “Hot List”, and a convenient pull-out tab for sharing reminiscent of Windows 8’s “Charms” menu, but the app’s most important new feature is that it’s “universal” — it works on both iPhone and iPad. Up to this point, frustratingly, Reeder for iPhone and iPad were separate apps moving at very different paces
