Career Q&A: What Do I Look for in an Intern?

Let me preface this post by saying, bear with me: this video is not going to win an Oscar for cinematography anytime soon.

Sometimes in life, you just have to tell your inner perfectionist to “shut the hell up”. Mostly, I wish there was a way I could get rid of the dark circles under my eyes! However, since this blog is all about being real, this is REALISTICALLY what I look like on a Friday afternoon after a long week.

I am so technologically incompetent: it took me the entire day to figure out iMovie and embed it in WordPress (sad, i know).

Anyways, the inspiration behind these career Q&As? I always receive questions via e-mail, and I figured it would be easier to answer them through video. If one person is having issues with something, I am sure many others might be wondering the same thing.
