Figure out what you want to accomplish
Like most people there are probably a number of things you would like to conquer, by putting those goals down on paper you can figure out what takes priority. If haven’t been to the doctor in sometime so you definitely want to go before starting any fitness regime.
Set due dates by planning ahead
This can really help you stay on track prevent you from neglecting goals you have set. When you are able to set a due date for short or long-term goals you have something to work towards.
Don’t underestimate yourself
Write down every single thing you want to carry out even if it seems far-fetched. You will be surprised with what you are able to achieve when you stay committed.
Fear is your worst enemy
Fear will only cripple and distract you from the bigger picture. If you find yourself being discouraged read the goals you have written down over a few times. Try to remind yourself every so often why these goals are important to you. Change can be scary but the rewards are worth it.
