Easy Juice Recipes to Fight off a Cold

Yup, it is that time of year again: cold season! I know, SO FUN! This would be the worst week ever to get sick; you don’t want to miss out on Christmas AND New Years. What a terrible way to end 2013, and start 2014.

As I have mentioned a million times, I am terrible in the kitchen; recipes overwhelm me. However, when I saw these cold fighting juice recipes from Omega Juicers, I had to post them because they are SO easy. Each one only involves a few ingredients that you can just throw into your blender or juicer…I think that even I can do that, which is really saying something.

Very Berry Blueberry Juice

Very Berry Blueberry Juice

Ingredients:

2 cups Blueberries
2 Kiwis
10-15 Strawberries
1 cup of Mint leaves

6-8 leaves kale
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp ginger
