As with everything in my life, there is always a story. Here is the story about my hair. I swear finding a good hair stylist is harder than finding a soul mate. Or maybe I was just majorly spoiled because I had the best hairstylist EVER in NYC. No matter what crazy hairstyle I wanted, she had no problem making it happen.
Since moving to Austin, one of my biggest complaints is that there are A LOT of hair salons, but not many great stylists. Total white girl problem, I know.
After much trial and error, I finally found a hairstylist that I liked, but then, I couldn’t decide if I really wanted to chop off my hair. I had worked so hard to grow it out!
Then, yesterday, I woke up feeling kinda blah, and I decided that something had to change. Chopping off my hair seemed like the most logical decision.
I always thought I wanted long hair (okay, my hair wasn’t even that long), but I realized long hair is really overrated.
the haircut–and the outfit–are SO good! this is a hairstyle i’ve tried to achieve many times, but my hair’s wave starts at like chin-length, so it doesn’t work on me.
