I am usually not a big fan of clothes with graphics on them; I am more of a solid kinda gal. However, when I saw this shirt from Eyes on Walls, I was pretty excited about it.
This particular shirt is part of The Brooklyn Collection, which is inspired by the “intersection of fashion and street art found in the area.” The shirt features Lora Zombie’s popular piece ‘Big Bang Kiss’.
At first when I was trying to decide what to pair the shirt with, I was going to just thrown on a pair of jeans. Then, I thought: “nope too boring”; I always resort to jeans on the weekend, so I wanted to go for a different look. This skirt is one of those pieces that sits in the back of my closet for months, and then I randomly decide to wear it. We all have pieces like that.
Don’t ever be afraid to mix patterns & prints. As long as you find pieces in a similar color scheme, you should be fine!
