I bought this tribal print skirt a few years ago at Target, and it has proven to be a worthwhile investment. Perfect with a black tank and sandals in the Summer, and also, perfect with tights, boots and a sweater in the Winter.
Every girl should own a nice pair of black boots, no matter where you live. You just feel super hot when you put them on!
